All our consultants are supported by the Project Management Office at our office in Siegburg. Project experienced staff is working in the background to carry out the work for which there is no time on site or can be used there much better. Presentations can be reviewed and updated as needed. Project plans and status reports are updated and maintained in the PMO. If necessary, the PMO will remind you about appointments and verified the consistent quality of documents. The Project Management Office serves as a service for the project management of Rimpl Consulting consultants, but is also available as a service to customers.



Risk management is viewed by us as part of that discipline of project management that proactively assesses and evaluates hazards, which can become dangerous to a project.

It’s not just the risk identification and regular meetings to review these components of work. The prosecution and any necessary reassessment of risks, which may also lead to the revaluation of strategic decisions in the project, are valuable contributions. These are important in order to maintain the predictability and reliability of a project.



Through projects change might become necessary in a company, or the change process as such can be delivered with project. If these changes are not limited to systems, but also to employees, to customers or to processes, then controlling this process of change can be an important success factor.

You often hear comparisons between the software and the construction industry and that one can still learn so much from the construction industry in terms of planning security, risk management, and so on.
